HealthLedger

HealthLedger is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that turns scattered customer activity into a simple, defensible “value ledger” per account. It pulls product usage events, support/ticket volume, onboarding milestones, and key outcomes (e.g., time saved, revenue influenced) into a timeline that CSMs can review and share. Instead of vague health scores, it generates a renewal-ready narrative: what the customer adopted, what improved, what’s blocked, and what the next 30/60/90-day plan is. It also flags accounts where the story is weak (low adoption, unresolved issues, no executive touchpoints) and prompts specific actions. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional data plumbing and dashboards, plus AI to draft QBR/EBR summaries and outcome statements from the ledger. It’s built for teams that are tired of “green health scores” that still churn.
