HearingReady

HearingReady is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) that helps small law firms and self-represented litigants assemble a clean, court-ready hearing packet: exhibit list, labeled PDFs, timeline, and a simple witness/issue outline. Users drag in documents, photos, emails, and PDFs; the system auto-detects dates, parties, and key events, then proposes a chronological timeline and exhibit numbering scheme aligned to common court preferences. It generates a single bookmarked PDF bundle plus a share link for co-counsel or clients. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for extraction, de-duplication, and timeline suggestions, but the user stays in control with explicit review and redaction tools. It’s not a “legal advice” product; it’s a preparation and organization tool that reduces last-minute chaos before hearings, mediations, and small claims trials.
