HearTrack

HearTrack is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps journalists, advocacy groups, and government affairs teams track judicial appointment activity across the federal pipeline. It consolidates nominee timelines, committee hearing schedules, questionnaires, key documents, and status changes into a single workspace with alerts and shareable brief pages. The product is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for reliable structured tracking, AI for summarizing long documents (questionnaires, opinions, financial disclosures where available) into consistent, cite-linked briefs. The honest reality: the hardest part isn’t the UI—it’s data quality and keeping updates current. HearTrack focuses on a narrow, maintainable scope: federal nominations and confirmations, with clear provenance links to official sources and a human-review workflow so users can trust what they’re reading and citing.
