HeatHold

HeatHold is a mobile app + lightweight web dashboard that helps customers and restaurants settle the most common delivery dispute: food arriving cold or late. Customers take a quick “arrival scan” (short video + optional Bluetooth temp tag reading) when the order hits the door. The app timestamps, geo-verifies, and generates a simple “heat and delay receipt” that can be shared with the restaurant or delivery platform support. Restaurants can optionally include low-cost, reusable temperature tags in bags for frequent customers or high-value orders, and view aggregated reports to spot problem zones, drivers, or packaging failures. This is not a magic refund machine—its goal is faster, evidence-based resolution and operational feedback. Monetization is B2B: restaurants pay for the dashboard, tag kits, and automated dispute packets; consumers get a free tier with limited scans.
