HeatHush

HeatHush is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps people with chronic pain and sensory discomfort predict and reduce flare-ups tied to heat, humidity, sleep, and exertion. It connects to Apple Health/Google Fit and pulls local weather data to spot patterns like “high humidity + poor sleep = higher pain.” Users log quick check-ins (30 seconds) for pain, stiffness, mood, and triggers, then get simple, non-medical action prompts (hydration, pacing, cooling routines, break timers). The AI layer focuses on personal pattern detection and forecasting, not diagnosis. It generates a weekly “what actually helped” report with confidence levels, and a shareable summary for clinicians. This is realistic: it won’t cure pain, but it can reduce uncertainty and help users avoid predictable bad days through better planning and habit nudges.
