HeatLane

HeatLane is a mobile + web app that helps small-to-mid track meets run on time by replacing paper heat sheets, hand-written lane assignments, and frantic texting. Coaches and meet admins can build events, seed heats, assign lanes, and push real-time updates (call times, scratches, heat re-orders) to athletes and parents. Officials can record finish order and times quickly on a phone/tablet, even with spotty connectivity, then sync when online. The MVP focuses on the messy middle: last-minute scratches, athlete no-shows, and event delays that wreck schedules. It’s not trying to be a full federation-grade results platform on day one; it’s a lightweight “meet operations” tool that reduces confusion and keeps people informed. Monetization is per-meet pricing with optional season plans for schools/clubs.
