HeatLedger

HeatLedger is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) for people who grill often and want repeatable results. Instead of trying to be another generic recipe app, it focuses on logging real cooks: grill type, fuel, vent settings, ambient weather, target temps, time-to-temp, rest time, and a quick outcome rating. You can attach photos, note what went wrong (flare-ups, dry brisket, under-seasoning), and save “next time” adjustments. The app generates simple, non-AI and AI-assisted insights like: “Your chicken thighs finish best at 375°F indirect for 28–32 min” based on your own history, not internet averages. It also supports timers and temperature checkpoints without requiring a smart thermometer. This is for serious hobbyists who are tired of inconsistent results and want a personal playbook over time.
