HeatReady is a mobile + web app that helps small organizations and property managers reduce heat-related risk with practical, location-specific checklists and scheduling. Instead of generic “stay hydrated” advice, it maps upcoming heat risk to concrete tasks: adjust building setpoints, open cooling rooms, reschedule outdoor work, check vulnerable tenants, stage water/ice, and document compliance. It pulls hyperlocal forecasts and heat indices, then generates a simple “72-hour heat plan” with who-does-what reminders. A lightweight AI assistant tailors plans to your building type (apartment, school, warehouse), staffing, and available resources, and learns which actions you actually complete. The app also provides printable notices in multiple languages and a logbook for incidents and actions—useful for insurance, audits, and internal reporting. It’s not a medical app; it’s an operations tool for heat adaptation.
