HeatReserv
HeatReserv is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for operators of thermal energy storage (hot water tanks, chilled water, PCM, ice storage) to plan and verify charge/discharge schedules against real tariffs and building/process constraints. It ingests interval meter data, BMS/SCADA tags, weather forecasts, and utility price signals to recommend daily setpoints and dispatch windows, then tracks whether the site actually followed the plan and what it saved. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for integrations, rules, and reporting; AI for forecasting loads and suggesting schedules under constraints. The product focuses on measurable outcomes: avoided peak demand, shifted kWh/therms, and comfort/process compliance. It also produces an audit-ready “savings ledger” that finance teams can trust, because most thermal storage projects die on weak measurement and verification rather than bad physics.
