HeatSense

HeatSense is a mobile AI companion for home cooks who struggle with timing and doneness more than recipes. You clip a cheap Bluetooth temperature probe to a pan or insert it into meat, then the app guides you with simple prompts: when to flip, when to lower heat, and when to pull food to rest. It focuses on high-impact everyday foods (chicken breast, salmon, burgers, eggs, roasted veggies) and translates temperature curves into plain-language actions. The AI layer adapts to your stove’s behavior over time, learning how quickly your cookware heats and how much carryover cooking you typically get. It also includes a minimal “panic mode” that tells you how to salvage common mistakes (burning, undercooked center, dry meat). This is not a recipe library; it’s a real-time execution tool.
