HeirloomBox is a web + mobile app that helps people inventory their digital life and produce a “survivor-ready” package without pretending to be a lawyer or a password manager. Users connect major services (email, cloud storage, social, subscriptions) to generate a readable asset map: what exists, where it is, who should get it, and what should be deleted. The app guides users through platform-specific realities (e.g., what Google/Apple actually allow after death) and generates exportable documents: an executor checklist, account-by-account instructions, and a secure “where to find it” index. It also tracks recurring bills and auto-renewals so families don’t bleed money for months. This is a traditional app with light AI for summarizing and categorizing assets and drafting plain-language instructions, but the core value is structured workflows and accurate platform guidance.
