HeirloomPlan is a mobile + web app that helps couples make a confident engagement-ring decision by turning preferences, budget, lifestyle, and long-term maintenance into a clear shortlist and buying plan. It guides users through a structured questionnaire (hand size, daily wear, metal allergies, work/hobbies, ethical priorities, upgrade plans), then outputs 3–7 recommended setting/stone profiles with realistic tradeoffs (durability, sparkle, repair risk, insurance cost, resale/upgrade value). It also provides a “total cost of ownership” view: resizing likelihood, prong checks, replating, and expected insurance premiums. Users can share a private link with a partner or trusted friend to align on priorities without revealing exact price. The app monetizes via affiliate leads to vetted jewelers, optional concierge chat, and a paid report for insurance-ready documentation and care schedule reminders.
