HeirPing is a mobile + web app that helps families coordinate inheritance logistics without turning it into an awkward, years-long conversation. The core is a “readiness checklist” that the owner maintains: where key documents are stored, who to contact (attorney, CPA, executor), account institutions (not balances), and step-by-step instructions for the first 72 hours and first 30 days after death. A timed access system releases specific info only when predefined triggers occur (e.g., death certificate uploaded, executor verification, or inactivity + trusted contact confirmation). It also tracks beneficiaries’ practical tasks (claim forms, probate milestones, insurance notifications) with reminders and a shared timeline. This is not a legal will replacement; it’s an operational layer that reduces chaos. Monetization is subscription per family, with optional paid verification and document storage add-ons.
