HerbLedger

HerbLedger is a mobile + web app that helps herbal practitioners and serious self-experimenters track medicinal plant protocols and outcomes with the rigor of a simple clinical log. Users record herb identity (common/Latin name), preparation (tincture/tea/capsule), dose, supplier/batch, and co-interventions, then log symptoms, side effects, and basic vitals over time. The app generates clean, exportable reports and trend charts so users can see what actually correlates with improvement (or harm). It also includes a conservative interaction/contraindication checker that flags high-risk combinations (e.g., anticoagulants + certain botanicals) and prompts users to consult a clinician. This is not a diagnosis tool; it’s a structured journal that makes herbal use less guessy and more accountable, especially for practitioners managing multiple clients.
