HeritageOps

HeritageOps is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for managers of UNESCO and nationally protected sites to run day-to-day operations: inspections, maintenance, incident logs, conservation tasks, and donor/grant reporting. It centralizes evidence (photos, sensor exports, contractor invoices), creates audit-ready timelines, and maps risks (erosion, vandalism, overcrowding) to specific assets on-site. An AI layer helps draft condition reports, summarize field notes, and flag missing documentation against common UNESCO/national reporting templates. This is not a tourist app; it’s boring operations software built for underfunded teams who currently juggle spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and paper binders. The product focuses on repeatable workflows: scheduled checks, ticketing, approvals, and a clean “proof pack” export for regulators and funders. Monetization is subscription per site, with discounted tiers for small NGOs and municipalities.
