HintLedger is a mobile + web app for escape room operators to manage hints, pacing, and staff workload in real time. Instead of ad‑hoc walkie-talkies and sticky notes, each room gets a live dashboard: timer, team status, hint requests, and a structured hint tree per puzzle. Game masters can send prewritten hints instantly (in-room screen, SMS, or audio), log what was given, and flag stuck points. After each session, the app generates a simple report: where teams stalled, how many hints were used, and which puzzles caused resets or staff interventions. It’s not a magic “make better rooms” tool; it’s operational software that reduces mistakes, improves consistency across staff, and gives owners data to tune difficulty without guessing. Pricing can be per location or per active room, making it viable for small venues.
