The app generates exportable PDFs/CSVs that match common inspector and buyer expectations, with customizable templates by region. An AI assistant can turn messy voice notes or photos of handwritten yard sheets into structured entries, flag missing required fields (e.g., withdrawal periods), and remind you of follow-ups.
