HiveLedger

HiveLedger is a mobile + web app for beekeepers to track inspections, treatments, feeding, queen status, and mite counts with reminders tied to local weather and bloom windows. Instead of generic note-taking, it turns your entries into actionable checklists: when to test for Varroa, when to treat (and with what), and when to avoid interventions due to temperature or nectar flow. It supports multiple apiaries, quick “one-handed” inspection logging, photo attachments, and exportable records for compliance or mentoring. The AI component is optional: it summarizes patterns (e.g., repeated queen issues in one yard), flags risky gaps (missed mite checks), and suggests next steps based on your own history and region—not random internet advice. This is not a magic ‘save every colony’ app; it’s a disciplined operations tool that reduces preventable mistakes and helps you learn faster season over season.
