HL7Bridge

HL7Bridge is a web app (with optional lightweight on-prem agent) that helps small and mid-sized healthcare providers and digital health vendors integrate data between EHRs, labs, imaging, and billing systems using HL7 v2, FHIR, and flat files. It provides prebuilt connectors for common systems, a visual mapping tool, and a testing sandbox that validates messages against profiles and catches common integration failures (missing segments, invalid codes, bad timestamps). It also includes an AI-assisted mapper that suggests field mappings and transformation rules from sample payloads, but keeps a human-in-the-loop approval flow to avoid unsafe automation. The product focuses on “good enough” integrations for organizations that can’t afford an interface engine team, while still meeting basic audit, logging, and PHI handling requirements. Realistically, it won’t replace enterprise engines; it aims to replace spreadsheets, ad-hoc scripts, and expensive consultants for simpler interfaces.
