HogTrace is a mobile + web app for small-to-mid pig farms to record pig movements, treatments, mortalities, and feed/medication batches in real time—without the spreadsheet chaos that fails audits. The core value is compliance-ready traceability: every event is time-stamped, tied to a pen/lot, and exportable into the exact formats buyers, processors, and regulators ask for. It includes offline-first mobile entry (barns have bad signal), QR/ear-tag scanning, and a simple dashboard that flags missing records before an inspection. Optional AI helps by turning voice notes (“treated pen 4 with Draxxin, 10 pigs”) into structured logs and by spotting anomalies (e.g., withdrawal periods not met) to prevent costly shipment rejections. This is not a full farm ERP—just the narrow, painful recordkeeping layer farms keep messing up.
