Upload a signed agreement (PDF/DOCX), and the app extracts key obligations, deadlines, notice periods, renewal/termination windows, service levels, and payment triggers, then assigns owners and creates an auditable task trail. It integrates with email and calendars to send reminders and capture proof of notices sent/received. A lightweight AI layer suggests missing obligations and flags risky clauses, but the core value is operational: making sure teams actually comply with what was signed. It includes a simple “source of truth” view per contract, change logs, and exportable compliance reports for audits.
