HoldingsHub is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small-to-mid asset managers and RIAs who are tired of messy position data across custodians, brokers, and spreadsheets. It ingests daily files (or API feeds where available), normalizes identifiers (ISIN/CUSIP/tickers), and produces a single “golden record” of holdings, cash, and transactions per account. The MVP focuses on accuracy and auditability: every number is traceable back to a source file and timestamp, with exception queues for breaks (missing prices, corporate actions, duplicated trades, stale FX). It also generates client-ready snapshots and internal oversight reports (concentration, exposure by sector/region, cash drift). This is a traditional app with light AI assistance for mapping/cleanup suggestions, not a black-box portfolio engine. The goal is to reduce operational drag, not replace your investment process.
