HoldLine is a web + mobile AI-assisted student support app that detects when a student is drifting toward failure and routes them to the right help fast. It connects to the LMS (Canvas/Blackboard) and pulls signals like missing assignments, grade drops, inactivity, and upcoming deadlines. Students get a simple “today plan” with 1–3 next actions, plus one-tap options to book tutoring, message the TA, request an extension template, or join a study pod. Advisors and support staff see a prioritized queue with risk reasons, suggested outreach scripts, and outcomes tracking. The product is intentionally narrow: academic triage and follow-through, not a full coaching platform. Schools pay for retention impact; students never pay. The app lives or dies on integrations, trust, and measurable retention lift.
