HoldMySlot

HoldMySlot is a web app (with lightweight mobile companion) that resolves calendar conflicts by using “soft holds” and ranked preferences instead of rigid invites. When a meeting request collides with existing events, it automatically proposes the best alternative time windows based on each attendee’s working hours, focus blocks, and meeting load, then places temporary holds to prevent double-booking while people decide. It supports rules like “never move client calls,” “protect deep-work blocks,” and “prefer mornings,” plus fairness controls so the same person isn’t always the one who gets moved. It integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, and provides a conflict dashboard for teams to see what’s blocking schedules and why. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps suggest optimal swaps and explain tradeoffs, but users keep final control.
