It lets counsel issue a hold notice, target specific custodians, and track acknowledgements, reminders, and escalation—without messy spreadsheets. The app maintains an immutable audit trail of who received what, when they acknowledged, and what systems/data sources are implicated (email, Drive, Jira, CRM). It includes lightweight questionnaires to identify likely data locations and a simple “hold status” dashboard for leadership. This is not full eDiscovery or collection; it’s the compliance layer that reduces spoliation risk and proves reasonable steps. Realistically, the product wins by being dead simple, fast to deploy, and priced for teams that currently do this manually.
