HoloEncore

HoloEncore is a mixed-reality entertainment app that lets creators stage “micro-concerts” and interactive performances in a real room using passthrough MR. Viewers see volumetric-style performers (captured via iPhone depth/LiDAR or simple multi-angle video) anchored to their space, with synchronized lighting, props, and audience interaction (cheers, voting, call-and-response). The honest reality: true volumetric capture is expensive and hard, so the MVP focuses on believable 2.5D cutouts, smart occlusion, and tight choreography templates that look good without a studio. Creators publish ticketed shows or free promos; fans join at scheduled times, place the stage in their room, and interact in real time. The app makes MR feel like an event rather than a tech demo, while keeping production requirements low enough for semi-pro creators.
