HomeRehabQR

HomeRehabQR helps rehab patients and clinicians reduce confusion around home exercise programs by tying exercises to the actual equipment a patient has at home. Patients scan a QR code on a resistance band, brace, walker, or clinic handout and instantly see the exact setup, safety checks, and a short, device-specific exercise flow. Clinicians create QR-linked “kits” per diagnosis (e.g., post-op knee, rotator cuff) and adjust difficulty levels without reprinting paperwork. The app focuses on clarity: correct band anchoring, brace positioning, walker height, and common form errors—things that cause non-adherence and setbacks. It’s not trying to replace therapy; it’s trying to prevent the avoidable mistakes that happen between visits. Works offline for patients, then syncs progress when connected. Combination mobile app (patient) + web app (clinic dashboard). Traditional app with light AI (optional) for auto-generating plain-language instructions from clinician templates.
