HookForge is a mobile + web AI-assisted short-form video tool focused on the first 1–3 seconds—the part that decides whether anyone watches. Creators upload a raw clip (or a finished cut) and generate multiple hook variants: alternate openings, on-screen text, captions, sound cues, and jump-cut pacing templates. It then runs lightweight “micro-tests” by exporting platform-ready variants and tracking performance via manual import or connected analytics (where available). The app highlights which hook patterns are working for your niche and suggests the next iteration, not a full re-edit. It’s intentionally narrow: no bloated timeline editor, no complex effects—just rapid hook iteration and learning loops. Realistically, it won’t magically make bad content good, but it can help decent creators stop guessing and iterate like a performance marketer.
