HookHarbor

HookHarbor is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps creators systematically A/B test video “hooks” before they spend hours editing full videos. You upload 5–15 second intro variants (or generate script variants), pick your target platform (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), and the app runs lightweight tests using paid micro-panels and/or creator-owned audiences (email/Discord). It reports statistically honest results: retention curves, scroll-stops, and qualitative feedback clustered into themes. The goal is not vanity metrics—it’s to pick the best opening and reduce wasted production time. It also stores a personal “hook library” so you can see which patterns work for your niche over time. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps generate and categorize hook variants and summarize feedback, but measurement is grounded in real viewer responses.
