HoopDues is a mobile + web app that helps youth and amateur basketball teams collect, track, and enforce season payments without awkward group chats. Coaches or team managers set up a season budget (league fees, refs, uniforms, gym time, tournaments) and assign each family a share, with optional discounts, scholarships, and installment plans. Parents get a simple link to pay, see what’s covered, and receive automated reminders. The app tracks who’s paid, what’s overdue, and what’s still owed, and it can lock optional team perks (extra training sessions, tournament add-ons) behind “paid” status to reduce chasing. It also generates clean reports for clubs and treasurers and keeps receipts for reimbursements. This is a traditional app with light AI assistance for message tone, reminder timing, and dispute triage, not a “magic” analytics product.
