HostPulse is a web + mobile app that helps pop-up and supper club hosts validate demand and price events before committing to a venue, ingredients, and staff. Hosts create an event concept page (menu theme, date windows, neighborhood, price range) and collect refundable “interest holds” or waitlist commitments. The app turns that intent into a simple demand forecast: expected sell-through by price, best date window, and minimum viable headcount to break even. It also automates the unsexy ops: collecting dietary notes, sending SMS updates, and converting holds into tickets once the host confirms the venue. This is not a magic growth engine—if you can’t market, it won’t save you—but it reduces the costly guesswork that kills most pop-ups. Monetization: per-event fee + payment processing, with a small subscription for frequent hosts.
