HousePulse

HousePulse is a mobile + web app for co-housing and communal homes to document agreements, track shared responsibilities, and resolve issues before they become personal. It turns messy “we said we would” conversations into lightweight, time-stamped records: house rules, guest policies, noise hours, shared purchases, and rotating roles. The app includes a simple incident log (non-dramatic, factual), meeting agendas, and decision records so the same arguments don’t repeat every month. An AI assistant can summarize long chat threads into action items, propose neutral wording for sensitive messages, and generate a monthly “house health” report highlighting recurring friction points (e.g., dishes, guests, late rent). This is not a social network; it’s operational tooling for people living together who want fewer surprises and less emotional labor.
