HouseRules
HouseRules helps blended families reduce day-to-day conflict by turning vague expectations into a shared, trackable “family playbook.” Parents and stepparents create simple agreements for routines (bedtime, screens, chores, pickups), consequences, and exceptions, then assign them to kids and households. The app includes a neutral “incident log” for documenting issues without inflammatory language, plus a lightweight check-in flow that prompts adults to align before tough transitions (handoffs, holidays, new rules). It’s not therapy and it won’t magically fix resentment, but it can prevent repeat arguments caused by miscommunication and inconsistent enforcement. You can export summaries for mediation, counseling, or court when needed. The goal is fewer surprises, fewer escalations, and clearer expectations across homes.
