Users snap a receipt, forward an email, or connect a card feed, then the app organizes each expense into an IRS-friendly record: merchant, date, amount, category, and a linked “why it’s qualified” note. It creates an exportable audit packet (PDF/ZIP) with a timeline, receipt images, and reimbursement status, so users can reimburse now or years later with confidence. The brutal truth: most people lose receipts and can’t prove eligibility; banks don’t solve this, and generic expense apps aren’t IRS-specific.
