HSCodeGuard

HSCodeGuard is a web app (with optional desktop CSV uploader) that audits your product-to-HS code assignments and flags high-risk classifications before shipments move. It ingests your product catalog (descriptions, materials, use, country of origin), past entry data, and broker filings, then runs consistency checks against tariff schedules, explanatory notes, and your own historical patterns. The app highlights likely misclassifications, duty-rate anomalies, missing documentation triggers, and products whose descriptions are too vague to defend in an audit. It produces a defensible “classification memo” template per SKU, plus a change log for internal controls. This is not a magic autopilot: it’s a risk-reduction tool that helps trade teams focus on the few SKUs that can cause fines, delays, or retroactive duty bills. Integrations target common ERP exports and broker entry files rather than heavy custom implementations.
