HumiTether

HumiTether is a mobile + web app for small facilities that need reliable humidity and temperature monitoring without buying an expensive building management system. It connects to off-the-shelf BLE/Wi‑Fi sensors (and a simple optional gateway) to track conditions in server closets, instrument rooms, archives, basements, and storage units. Users set thresholds, schedules, and escalation rules (notify tech, then manager, then call). The app focuses on feedback: it doesn’t just alert— it asks for a resolution note, tracks time-to-fix, and shows whether conditions returned to normal. Reports are exportable for insurance, compliance, or landlord disputes. Realistically, the hard part is sensor reliability and connectivity; the product wins by being boring, dependable, and easy to deploy in under an hour.
