HungerTune

HungerTune is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) for people practicing intuitive eating who still want structure without calorie counting. Instead of logging food amounts, users do 20-second check-ins: hunger/fullness (1–10), mood, stress, sleep quality, and context (alone/with others, rushed/relaxed). The app visualizes patterns over time—e.g., “late meetings correlate with grazing” or “poor sleep predicts stronger cravings”—and suggests small experiments like adding a protein snack before a long commute or scheduling a 5-minute pause before dinner. It includes a gentle “body cues library” and a weekly reflection that turns data into a short, non-judgmental summary. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI generates personalized reflection prompts and experiment ideas, but the core value is the simple tracking and trend insights. No weigh-ins, no macro targets, no shame.
