HypeCut is a mobile + web AI app that turns full games into short, social-ready highlight reels in minutes. Users paste a link to a supported stream/VOD (or upload their own recording), pick a team/player, and choose a style (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, or landscape). The app detects key moments using crowd noise spikes, commentator excitement, scoreboard changes, and on-screen motion patterns, then assembles clips with clean cuts, optional captions, and a simple intro/outro template. It also generates multiple versions: “Top 5 plays,” “All goals/TDs,” or “Player montage.” The realistic angle: it won’t beat official broadcasters on rights or perfect accuracy, so it focuses on user-owned footage, amateur leagues, creators with permission, and teams that need fast turnaround. Monetization is subscription + per-export credits.
