HypeReel is a mobile + web AI app that turns full game footage into short, social-ready highlight clips for teams, athletes, and creators. Users upload a full match video (or connect a streaming/VOD link), select sport and team/players, and the app detects key moments using audio spikes (crowd/whistle), scoreboard changes, and on-screen action patterns. It outputs a pack of vertical clips with auto-captions, score bug overlays, and a consistent team template, sized for TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts. The goal is not “perfect broadcast highlights” (that’s expensive and hard), but “good enough, fast, and branded” content that small programs can post daily. A simple review timeline lets users trim, reorder, and approve clips before exporting or scheduling. Monetization is subscription per team/creator, with higher tiers for more minutes processed and multi-user collaboration.
