HypoLedger
HypoLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps students, educators, and indie researchers practice the scientific method end-to-end: define a hypothesis, pre-register it, design a simple protocol, collect data, run basic stats, and publish a shareable “experiment card.” It’s not trying to replace academic tools; it’s built for small, real-world experiments (class projects, citizen science, product A/B tests with small samples). The app guides users through common failure points—unclear variables, p-hacking temptations, missing controls—using structured templates and lightweight AI critique. It also keeps an immutable timeline of changes so users can’t quietly rewrite hypotheses after seeing results. The output is a clean report (PDF/link) with methods, data, analysis, and limitations, making it easy to grade, replicate, or discuss. Monetization is straightforward: freemium for individuals, paid classroom/team workspaces.
