Instead of static diagrams, it offers a living, versioned model of your content domains, taxonomies, navigation patterns, and relationships across products. Users can define content types, metadata schemas, and navigation rules, then see how changes ripple through sites, apps, and internal tools. An AI assistant analyzes your current structure (via crawls or imported sitemaps/CSVs) and flags redundancy, orphaned content, and inconsistent labeling. Flowgrid also simulates user journeys across your IA, highlighting where users are likely to get lost or encounter dead ends. It’s built for teams: product, content, and engineering can comment directly on nodes, test alternative structures, and compare variants before committing to a redesign. This is a traditional web app with embedded AI features for analysis, suggestions, and refactoring support.
