ICMemoFlow

ICMemoFlow is a web app (with optional desktop add-in) that helps investment banking and private equity teams assemble investment committee and sell-side memos from messy deal materials. Users upload a CIM, model outputs, diligence notes, and call transcripts; the app extracts key facts, builds a structured outline, and generates a first-draft memo with citations back to source pages. It also tracks open questions, assigns owners, and maintains a versioned “deal narrative” so the story stays consistent across teasers, management presentations, and IC updates. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflow, permissions, and audit trails paired with AI summarization and drafting. It’s not magic—outputs still need human review—but it can cut the worst time sink: stitching together coherent memos under deadline while avoiding missed details.
