IdeaRehearsal is a mobile + web AI-assisted creativity training app that focuses on repetition, feedback, and measurable improvement rather than inspiration. Users do short daily “reps” (5–10 minutes): generate 10 variations, remix a concept across industries, or produce three radically different angles on the same prompt. The app scores outputs on novelty, specificity, and divergence, then shows a simple progress trend over time. It also includes a “reference bank” where users save ads, headlines, product ideas, scenes, or designs and the app turns them into targeted drills. The AI is used for critique, drill generation, and example outputs—but the user still does the work. It’s not a magical idea generator; it’s a structured practice system that makes creative improvement visible and repeatable.
