IdentityLab

IdentityLab helps people explore who they are by running structured, low-stakes “identity experiments” instead of endless journaling. Users pick a role hypothesis (e.g., “I might thrive as a mentor,” “I’m more introverted than I admit”), then the app generates a 7–14 day plan of small actions, reflection prompts, and measurable signals (energy, anxiety, satisfaction, social feedback). It includes a role library built from common life domains (work, relationships, creativity, community, health) and lets users compare experiments over time to see patterns. The AI component summarizes reflections into themes and flags contradictions (e.g., “You say you value autonomy, but your best days were highly structured”). The app stays grounded: it avoids diagnosing, focuses on behavior and evidence, and encourages users to validate insights with trusted people. It’s a mobile app with a lightweight web dashboard for reviewing trends.
