IDFreeze

IDFreeze is a mobile + web app that guides users through locking down their identity after a breach or suspicious activity. It centralizes the messy, error-prone steps: placing credit freezes at the major bureaus, setting fraud alerts, requesting reports, documenting incidents, and generating dispute/affidavit letters. It also monitors for high-signal indicators of identity misuse (new inquiries, address changes, SIM-swap risk signals, dark web hits) and turns them into a simple action checklist with deadlines and prefilled forms. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to extract details from emails/letters, classify alerts, and draft disputes, but the core value is workflow automation and proof tracking. The app stores an encrypted “incident binder” so users can quickly provide evidence to banks, bureaus, and law enforcement without hunting through inboxes.
