IEPFlow

IEPFlow is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps special education teams turn IEP goals into simple weekly plans, evidence collection, and progress reports without drowning in paperwork. Teachers select a student, pick the IEP goal, and the app generates a small set of measurable weekly targets, suggested accommodations, and quick data-capture methods (checkboxes, timers, short notes, work-sample photos). It then compiles progress automatically into district-friendly narrative and chart formats for reporting periods and meetings. The AI is used to draft goal-aligned mini-interventions and to translate messy notes into clean, compliant language—while keeping humans in control with required review and audit trails. It’s realistic: it won’t “solve” staffing shortages, but it can cut documentation time and reduce missed services by making the workflow hard to ignore.
