The app focuses on the unglamorous but constant pain: documentation, progress monitoring, and “prove it” compliance. Users can capture quick entries (speech session notes, behavior incidents, accommodations used), attach evidence (photos, PDFs), and generate progress summaries for IEP meetings with minimal manual formatting. It includes role-based views: teachers see caseload dashboards, therapists see session templates, and parents see plain-language updates. This is not a replacement for an SIS/IEP system; it’s a lightweight layer that makes daily data capture realistic and reduces end-of-quarter panic. Expect heavy emphasis on privacy, permissions, and exportability.
