IEPProof is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that helps special education teachers and therapists capture, organize, and report student progress without spending nights on paperwork. Staff can quickly log observations, work samples, and behavior/skill data using voice notes, photos, and quick rubrics aligned to IEP goals. The app automatically tags entries to the right goal/objective, suggests measurable wording, and generates draft progress reports with citations back to the raw evidence. It also includes a parent-friendly summary view and an audit trail to reduce disputes. This is not a magic “teach better” tool; it’s a documentation and reporting accelerator that reduces compliance risk and time waste. Schools can set templates by district, manage permissions, and export to PDF/CSV for existing SIS/IEP systems.
