IEPProof is a web app with optional mobile companion that helps K-12 special education teams stay compliant without drowning in documents. It ingests IEPs, meeting notes, service logs, and accommodation plans, then flags missing elements, overdue timelines, and mismatches between goals, services, and progress reporting. It generates audit-ready checklists and weekly task queues for case managers, related service providers, and administrators. The AI layer summarizes meeting notes into structured entries, suggests measurable goal wording, and drafts parent-friendly progress updates—always requiring human review before finalizing. The product is built for districts that already have an SIS/SpEd system but still rely on spreadsheets and email to track compliance. It focuses on reducing due-process risk, late services, and staff burnout by making “what’s due, what’s missing, and who owns it” painfully clear.
