IEPTracker is a web + mobile app for special education teams to manage IEP goals as weekly, trackable actions instead of scattered documents and emails. Teachers and service providers log quick evidence (notes, checklists, work samples, session minutes) aligned to each goal, while the app automatically compiles progress snapshots for reporting periods. Parents get a simplified, permissioned view focused on goals, accommodations, and recent progress—without exposing internal staff notes. An AI assistant can suggest measurable goal wording, flag missing data (e.g., no evidence logged for 2 weeks), and draft plain-language progress updates, but humans approve everything. The product is intentionally narrow: progress monitoring and reporting workflow, not a full SIS replacement. Expect slow sales cycles and heavy compliance needs, but districts will pay if it reduces paperwork and audit risk.
